- LearningExpress Library - Provides a comprehensive, interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course sites. Uses a unique login; see RPCC Library Services under RPCC Support in Moodle, or stop by the Library for more information. LearningExpress also has e-books to help with reading skills. Click on "eBooks," under "What Do I Do Now?" then scroll to find the appropriate e-books.
- MAS Ultra - Provides full-text articles, biographies, primary documents, reference sources, and over 280,000 images. High school level.
- Book Collection: Non-Fiction - Provides full-text articles from 4,100 books on civics, social studies, science, careers, health, sports, hobbies, technology, and more.
- World Book Advanced - See E-Books Center for thousands of full-text fiction and non-fiction E-books, searchable by author, title or genre. Uses a unique login; see RPCC Library Services under RPCC Support in Moodle, or stop by the Library for more information.

- Adult Literacy: Literacy Connections, established by a Reading and Language Arts teacher, this site includes resources aimed at helping adults develop their reading skills and comprehension.
- Skillswise - Words: Reading, from the BBC, this site offers resources for improving reading skills.
- Townsend Press Online Learning Center, publisher of many reading textbooks, offers free resources. An account is required to use many of the resources, but it is free!
